These substantial serving trays can be used in the hot case.

-Available in three versatile sizes.

-This stylish collection is perfect for hot or cold applications.

-Polished aluminum is an excellent conductor and will maintain temperatures for an extended period of time.

-Temperature safe range is -20°F to 550°F.

-Direct flame may be used and allows these products to be used on hot food bars.

-Wash with warm soapy water and cloth.

-Not dishwasher safe.

-Do not use metal scouring pads, metal utensils or carve into surface with a knife.
